Welcome to a brand new year! It’s a time of reflection, as we ponder the past few months. It’s also a time for new opportunities, as we look forward to a shiny new future awaiting us, full of hope and promise. I’m so excited to see where this year takes us, and I hope you’ll join me along the way to a sustainable, plant-based lifestyle! Every year I spend some time reviewing which recipes seem to resonate the most with all of you. Which recipe ideas got the most buzz, visits, and comments on my blog. Which food photos got pinned onto Pinterest the most. And which dishes got the most “likes” on Instagram and Facebook. I know which recipes are favorites in my household—the ones I turn to time and time again (I’m talking about you, Veggie Shepherd’s Pie, Cauliflower Chickpea Tacos, and Chipotle Black Bean Burger!), and are frequently requested by my family (my boys especially love Gado Gado, Vegetable Pho, and Chickpea Curry). But it’s particularly interesting to see which plant-based recipes appeal to you the most! It’s always a joy to discover my recipes provide good nutrition, comfort, and traditions for you and your loved ones. So, keep on telling me what you want to see on my blog and in your kitchen!

To honor your favorite recipe selections, I put together a top 10 list of my most popular plant-based recipes among my community every year. Ta-da! I love the recipes you frequented the most, because they are also some of my own favorites—trusty and true.
