Description

Make this refreshing Ginger Pink Lemonade with fresh lemons, ginger, berries, and just a touch of agave. A naturally sweetened, healthy summer drink for parties and picnics.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled, chopped in smaller pieces
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • ¾ cup sliced raspberries or strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6 medium lemons)
  • Ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Place water, fresh ginger, agave nectar, berries, and freshly squeezed lemon juice into the container of a large blender.
  2. Process for a few seconds until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a pitcher and store in the refrigerator until serving time. Fill four large glasses with ice, and pour 1 cup of lemonade into each glass.
