Pomegranate Mandarin Smoothie

Sharon Palmer

Looking for the perfect winter smoothie pick me up? Just turn to winter-time fruits, pomegranates and mandarin oranges, to power your smoothie beverage. These fruits provide a plethora of nutrients, including vitamin C and phytochemicals, in addition to fiber and potassium, to stock your nutrients for the day. A spoonful of tahini powers up the flavor and health profile—these foods are found together in the Mediterranean diet, after all—and plant-based milk adds additional protein and creaminess to this completely plant-based (vegan), gluten-free Pomegranate Mandarin Smoothie you can make in 5 minutes with only 5 ingredients.
