I’m sharing my easy, super-groovy CBD Green Smoothie, which is completely plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, added-sugar free, nutritious, and creamy-delicious. This drink has 17 mg of CBD, plus it’s naturally sweetened with bananas, and has the green power of leafy greens, avocados, and hemp seeds. This green smoothie provides you with 17 grams of protein and 13 grams of fiber, too!
I am sure you’re aware that CBD oil has been popping up everywhere in the past few years, and people have touted its seemingly miraculous ability to treat a variety of ailments and conditions. While the science on the effectiveness of CBD oil is still developing, many studies have shown its potential to help improve sleep; relieve symptoms of arthritis epilepsy, and chronic pain; and reduce anxiety and depression. Though CBD may not be the miracle cure-all that some claim it to be, I think that incorporating CBD oil into your healthy diet and lifestyle is safe and may hold some potential benefits to your wellbeing. *There is no firmly established dose for CBD, but people may find benefits with as little as 3 mg of CBD, while others may take 25-40 mg per day. Please read the label of your CBD oil to see the recommended amount of CBD per dosage—it can range from a few drops to a full dropper to get this amount, depending on the product. If the bottle doesn’t list how much CBD is contained per dropper, but lists how much CBD is in the full bottle, then simply divide the total mg of CBD in the bottle by servings per bottle to determine the amount. For example, if a bottle contains 500 mg CBD, and there are 30 droppers per bottle, each dropper contains about 17 mg of CBD.
In this recipe, you can use the dosage you prefer for one serving, but 17 mg is a fairly common daily dosage.
As with all dietary supplements, you should discuss the use of CBD with your physician before you start a new regimen.

The combination of the ingredients makes a delicious, healthy meal. Normally, I start my day with a cup of green smoothie. Usually I combine a cucumber with half an apple and spinach. But I have never tried to add cbd oil. Next time I will definitely try it out.
