Description

This Easy Raspberry Salsa comes together in just 5 minutes with 5 simple ingredients. Sweet, spicy, healthy, and naturally vegan and gluten-free, it’s perfect with chips, tacos, bowls, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries (or frozen, partially thawed)
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 small chili pepper, finely diced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Pinch: sea salt, cumin and black pepper


Instructions

  1. Place raspberries in a small mixing bowl and mash slightly.
  2. Stir in lime juice, green onions, chili pepper, cilantro, sea salt, cumin, and black pepper.
  3. Place in a serving dish and serve immediately with chips or as an accompaniment to savory dishes. May chill in an airtight container until serving time.
  4. Makes about 2 cups; 8 (1/4-cup) servings.
