Here’s one of my all-time favorite, easy plant-based recipes for Creamy Peach Yogurt Parfait, which you can enjoy for breakfast, snack-time, and even dessert. With only three ingredients, you can make it in a jiffy. Substitute peaches for seasonal fruit, such as berries, bananas, persimmons. It’s healthy enough to enjoy as a meal or snack. Get this super easy, healthy plant-based (vegan) yogurt parfait together in five minutes with only 3 ingredients: plant-based yogurt, peaches, and granola.



  • 1 6-ounce carton plant-based vanilla yogurt (i.e., soy, almond, or coconut)
  • 1 medium peach, sliced (frozen, canned, or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons granola


  1. Spoon half of yogurt into a dish.
  2. Top with half of peach slices.
  3. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon granola.
  4. Repeat steps, layering remaining yogurt, peaches and granola.
  5. Serve immediately.


You can substitute canned, unsweetened peaches when fresh peaches are unavailable. Or you can substitute other fresh seasonal fruit, such as bananas, berries, and mango.
