Here’s one of my all-time favorite, easy plant-based recipes for Creamy Peach Yogurt Parfait, which you can enjoy for breakfast, snack-time, and even dessert. With only three ingredients, you can make it in a jiffy. Substitute peaches for seasonal fruit, such as berries, bananas, persimmons.

Description

This easy vegan Creamy Peach Yogurt Parfait can be enjoyed for breakfast, snack-time, and even dessert. Plus it only has three ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 6 ounce carton plant-based vanilla yogurt (i.e., soy, almond, coconut)
  • 1 medium peach, sliced (frozen, canned, or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons granola

Instructions

  1. Spoon half of yogurt into a dish.
  2. Top with half of peach slices.
  3. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon granola.
  4. Repeat steps.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute canned, unsweetened peaches when fresh peaches are unavailable. Or you can substitute other fresh seasonal fruit, such as bananas, berries, and mango. Switch pecans with almonds or walnuts for a new twist.
