Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cubed fresh watermelon, peeled, seeded, chilled
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped basil leaves

Garnish:

  • 2 basil leaves


Instructions

  1. Place watermelon, lemon, agave syrup, and basil in a large blender, and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 large glasses (about 1 1/2 cups each), garnish with basil, and serve immediately. Or place in the refrigerator in an airtight container until serving time.
