Description
Brew up a delicious, healthy refreshing beverage featuring green tea and cranberry juice in no time. This Cranberry Iced Green Tea has the perfect sweet-tart taste to quench your thirst.
Ingredients
- 1 quart boiling water, cooled down slightly
- 4 green tea bags
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 4 orange slices
- 4 springs mint
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup cranberry juice in ice tray (either square or round) and freeze until solid.
- Add hot water and tea bags to a large (at least 1 1/2 quart capacity) glass pitcher and steep for 3 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow to cool completely.
- Mix in the cranberry juice. Place ice cubes in each of 4 tall (12-ounce) glasses, along with an orange slice. Fill each glass with cranberry tea. Top each glass with a mint wedge. Serve immediately.
Notes
Alternatively may serve in pitcher with orange slices, mint sprigs, and ice cubes.
Make this recipe even more special by serving cranberry ice cubes with the cranberry green tea. Pour additional cranberry juice in ice cube tray, freeze, and float in each glass or the pitcher.
Try adding your favorite fruit to this recipe, including berries, or melon and peach slices.

I tried this green tea variation today without watermelon wedges, but still it tasted amazing and refreshing. I also added few drops of Lemon just to make it more tangy.

Great post! i never knew that cranberry green tea existed in the first place but i have been drinking green tea for weight loss for quite sometime now. My all time favourite is by Kapiva. It has a great flavour and aroma!
