This easy, gluten-free Tahini Ginger Dressing is the perfect addition to green salads, sandwiches, whole grain side dishes, and veggie platters.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- Pinch sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly grated black pepper
- Optional Garnish: smoked paprika
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients in a small dish until smooth and creamy.
- May need to add additional water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to achieve desired consistency.
- May garnish with smoked paprika, if desired.
