One of my all-time favorite vegan, gluten-free dressings is this creamy Tahini Ginger Dressing, filled with the earthy, nuttiness of tahini, accented with crisp, clean lemon juice, and spiced up with a sprinkling of smoked paprika. It’s an excellent addition for green salads, sandwiches, whole grain side dishes, and veggie platters.
