1 1/2 cups frozen, partially thawed or fresh red raspberries
Place raspberries in a small mixing bowl and mash slightly.
Stir in lime juice, green onions (or chopped onion), chili pepper, cilantro, sea salt, cumin and black pepper.
Place in a serving dish, and serve immediately with chips, veggies, or as an accompaniment to savory dishes; or chill in airtight container until serving time.
Makes about 2 cups; 8 (1/4-cup) servings.
