Description

This Smoky Rosemary Snack Mix is a light, flavorful homemade party snack made with peanuts, pretzels, oyster crackers, Chex cereal, and savory spices. Easy to mix, bake, and store—perfect for parties, hiking, road trips, and everyday snacking.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F.
  2. Mix peanuts, pretzels, cereal and crackers in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, coriander, oregano, lemon juice and rosemary in a small dish.
  4. Drizzle oil mixture over snack mix and toss together well to distribute ingredients. May use your hands to mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread mix in a large baking sheet and place in the top shelf of the oven. Bake for about 30 -35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly golden brown.
  6. Cool and transfer to an airtight container until serving time.
