Ingredients
- 4 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- ½ lemon, juiced
