Step-By-Step Guide:

How to Make Vegan Sour Cream
Assemble all of your ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, lemons, white vinegar, salt, and extra firm tofu.
How to Make Vegan Sour Cream
Cut out one-fourth of a package (14 ounce) of tofu to use in the sour cream, and place it in the container of the blender.
How to Make Vegan Sour Cream
Add 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to the blender container.
How to Make Vegan Sour Cream
Squeeze 1 ½ lemons into a small dish—or measure out 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.

Pour lemon juice into the blender container.
How to Make Vegan Sour Cream
Pour 1 teaspoon of white vinegar into blender container.
How to Make Vegan Sour Cream
Add pinch of salt to blender container.
Cover blender container.
Process for a few seconds until smooth and creamy.
The texture of the sour cream should be smooth and creamy.
Pour in an airtight container and refrigerate until serving time.
