Ingredients

1 3.5-ounce pouch Sprout Organic Carrot, Chickpeas, Zucchini, Pear
½ peach, unpeeled, pitted (may use fresh, or unsweetened frozen or canned)
1 small carrot, unpeeled
1 baby zucchini, unpeeled
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Place Sprout Organic Carrot, Chickpeas, Zucchini, Pear pouch in the container of a blender. Add peach, carrot, zucchini, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and ice cubes.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).
  3. Pour into 1 large glass or 2 small glasses (or beverage containers with lid.)
  4. Serve immediately.
