This Winter Pomegranate Ginger Sparkler is bright with the flavors of pomegranate juice, ginger beer, and mint—with a touch of vodka. Serve it in mason jar glasses filled with crushed ice and a festive straw. You can make a large batch to serve it at a party, too.

  • 4 ounces vodka
  • 8 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 8 ounces mineral water
  • 6 ounces ginger beer
  • Crushed ice
  • Fresh mint leaves


  1. Mix together vodka, pomegranate juice, mineral water and ginger beer in a pitcher.
  2. Fill large serving glasses (i.e., mason jar glass) with crushed ice.
  3. Pour the beverage over the ice (about 6 ounces per glass) and garnish with mint leaf.
  4. Serve immediately.
