Pomegranate Ginger Sparkler (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

Sharon Palmer

If you’re looking for an alcoholic drink full of deep fruit and spice cheer, here’s the beverage for you! It’s bright with the flavors of pomegranate juice, ginger beer, and mint—with a splash of vodka. I love to serve this Pomegranate Ginger Sparkler in mason jar glasses filled with ice and topped with mint leaves. You can make a large batch to serve it at a party, too.

I garnished these cocktails with pomegranate flowers, lemon slices, and mint from my garden. Each of those flowers bears a large, ruby-red pomegranate come winter time!
