Meal prep can make your life so much easier! You just make up a batch of a delicious, nutritionally balanced recipe and then portion it into individual meal prep containers to grab and go for meals during the week. Individually portioning out meals that include a protein, starch/grain, and vegetable is an easy, healthy way to plan your eating for the week.
