Plant-Based Diet Plan Protects Heart

We know that plant-based diets are good for reducing the risk of heart disease. And new research shows that a whole foods, plant-based lifestyle plan can help effectively decrease angina and lipids, important factors in the development of heart disease. In this study, subjects experienced effective decreases in angina and lipids as part of an 18-day lifestyle program at Weimar, California.
