Craving a cozy twist on a classic? This warm vegan banana split features creamy dairy-free ice cream, caramelized bananas, peanuts, chocolate, and a crunchy crumb topping. Quick, easy, and 100% plant-based!
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoon old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegan dark chocolate chips or chunks (additional for garnish, if desired)
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped (additional for garnish, if desired)
- 1/2 cup vanilla plant-based ice cream (or flavor of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Add flour, oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, chocolate, and peanuts to the bottom of a 2-cup oven-proof glass baking dish, such as a Pyrex container or ramekin.
- Add sliced banana, cover with lid, and shake the ingredients well.
- Remove the lid, place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, until slightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven with a potholder.
- While warm, top with plant-based ice cream and garnish with additional chocolate or chopped peanuts, if desired. (May transfer to another serving dish, or serve right in the baking dish, according to your preference.)
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 1 serving.
