Toss bananas, avocado, orange, hemp seeds, coconut, plant-based milk, and ginger into a blender to create this super easy, delicious, 5-minute, healthy smoothie that is also added sugar-free, vegan and gluten-free.

- 1 medium avocado, peeled, pit removed
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1 cup plant-based milk, plain, unsweetened
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger root (or ¼ teaspoon dried ginger)
- 5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place banana, avocado, orange, hemp seeds, coconut, plant-based milk, ginger, and ice cubes in the container of a small blender.
- Process for 2-3 minutes, until smooth and well blended.
- Pour into 2 glasses (about 1 ½ cups per glass).
- Serve immediately.
