You won’t believe the gorgeous orange color of this exotic vegan, gluten-free turmeric, mango, carrot smoothie, which is oh-so creamy, and packed with antioxidant power.
Ingredients
- 1 (1-inch) turmeric root (may substitute with 1 teaspoon ground, dried turmeric)
- 1 small mango (or 1 1/2 cups frozen)
- 2 small carrots, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup cashews
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened plant-based milk (i.e. almond, soy, coconut)
- 5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
