Description
These super easy, divine Vegan 6 Layer Magic Bars are easy as can be! Just layer graham cracker crumbs, margarine, chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, and sweetened condensed coconut milk, pop in the oven, and serve.

- 1 cup vegan graham cracker crumbs*
- ¼ cup dairy-free margarine, melted (i.e., Earth Balance)
- 1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- ½ cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 1 (7.4-ounce) can sweetened, condensed coconut milk (or try sweetened condensed oat milk)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs* with melted margarine in the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch square baking dish, and pat down firmly.
- Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips.
- Sprinkle evenly with walnuts.
- Sprinkle evenly with coconut.
- Place sweetened, condensed coconut milk in a microwave-safe dish and heat in the microwave for about 1 minute, until warm. Remove, and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle sweetened, condensed coconut milk evenly over bar mixture.
- Place in oven and bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and slightly firm.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the fridge before slicing (the mixture will become firm as it cools).
- Slice into 12 squares.
Notes
*Make graham cracker crumbs by placing graham cracker squares in a blender or food processor container and processing it until fine crumbs are achieved.
