Ingredients

1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)

1 medium carrot, sliced

1 cup sliced peaches (fresh, frozen or canned—unsweetened)

1 cup plant-based milk, unsweetened

2 tablespoon sunflower seeds

Pinch pumpkin pie spice
Instructions

Place all ingredients into the container of a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into 2 (12-ounce) glasses. May garnish with additional pumpkin spice and sunflower seeds, if desired. Serve immediately. Makes 2 small (about 12 ounces each) smoothies.
Notes
Try substituting other fruit for peaches, such as apricots, bananas, and mangos.
