- 2 cups sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 cups water
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar (optional)
- 2 cups ice cubes
Garnish (optional):
- 2 strawberries
- 6 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Place sliced strawberries, water, lime juice, and agave nectar (optional) in a blender container. Process just a few seconds until smooth.
- Place 1 cup of ice cubes into each of two large glasses (about 16 ounces each) or a small pitcher (about 1 quart) with ice cubes. Pour agua fresca into the glasses (about 1 ¼ cups per serving), or the entire batch into the small pitcher.
- Garnish with fresh whole strawberries and mint leaves, if desired.
