- 1 flax seed crust pizza (get this at any organic store, such as Whole Foods or Fresh Market)
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Franks hot sauce
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Put cashews, salt, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika into blender. Blend until creamy then spread across the pizza crust.
- Cut cauliflower off the stem into small pieces and place in water to boil for 10 min.
- Once cool, drain and place the cauliflower into a large Ziploc baggy along with the Franks hot sauce and nutritional yeast. Shake the bag until all cauliflower in covered.
- Poor the cauliflower on top of the pizza and bake for 12 minutes (or according to crust instructions).
