Description

This vegan, gluten-free, no added sugar smoothie fits in farm-fresh, summery produce and lots of servings of veggies into your day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • ½ peach, unpeeled, pitted (may use fresh, or unsweetened frozen or canned)
  • 1 small carrot, unpeeled
  • 1 baby zucchini, unpeeled
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup plant-based milk, plain unsweetened
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place applesauce, peach, carrot, zucchini, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, plant-based milk, and ice cubes into blender.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).
  3. Pour into a large glass.
  4. Serve immediately.
