- 1/2 medium orange, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
- Pinch ground cumin
- Pinch salt (optional)
- Pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, juice, cilantro, cumin, salt (optional), and black pepper in a small dish.
- Use dressing to drizzle over salads, grain dishes, bowls, tofu kebabs, and more.
- Makes about 1/4 cup of dressing (four 1-tablespoon servings); enough for a 6-cup salad recipe, or for 4 small individual salads.
