This healthy vegan Dark Chocolate and Cherry Nut Mix is the best trail mix recipe to power your day with good nutrition.
Ingredients

- ½ cup walnuts halves
- ½ cup pecans halves
- 1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened dried coconut
- 1 cup unsweetened dried blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened dried cherries
- 1 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Transfer to a large airtight container and store for up to 3 weeks in a cool, dark place. You may also freeze it for up to six months.
- Makes 12 servings (1/2 cup each) or 6 cups.
Notes
Variations: Substitute peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and/or macadamia nuts for the pecans; sunflower seeds for the pumpkin seeds; and/or raisins for the blueberries.
