Ingredients

- 1 cup berries, such as strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries (fresh or frozen, unsweetened)
- 1 cup kale, packed
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 scoop (about 2 tablespoons) plant-based protein powder
- ½-inch piece fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Pinch black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon mushroom powder (or 1/8 cup dried or fresh mushrooms or 1 capsule)
- 1 teaspoon green matcha tea powder
- 1 tablespoon greens powder
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Place berries, kale, flax seeds, protein powder, fresh ginger, turmeric, black pepper, mushroom powder, green matcha tea powder, greens powder, and water in the container of a small blender and process until very smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
