Instructions

  1. Place tea bags (or loose tea in a tea strainer) in a small glass pitcher or tea pot and add boiling water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Fill two large glasses with ice cubes.
  3. Pour hot tea into each glass.
  4. Float two slices of lemon and two slices of cucumber in each glass. Allow to sit for a few minutes before enjoying.
  5. Alternatively make one pitcher of iced tea instead of individual servings by filling a 1 quart pitcher about half way full of ice cubes, adding brewed hot tea (step 1), and slices of lemon and cucumber. Serve into 2 large glasses.
