Ingredients

- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 green tea bags or 2 teaspoons loose leaf green tea
- Ice cubes
- 4 lemon slices
- 4 cucumber slices
Instructions
- Place tea bags (or loose tea in a tea strainer) in a small glass pitcher or tea pot and add boiling water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
- Fill two large glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour hot tea into each glass.
- Float two slices of lemon and two slices of cucumber in each glass. Allow to sit for a few minutes before enjoying.
- Alternatively make one pitcher of iced tea instead of individual servings by filling a 1 quart pitcher about half way full of ice cubes, adding brewed hot tea (step 1), and slices of lemon and cucumber. Serve into 2 large glasses.
