Ingredients
Scale
1 can each of:
- vegetarian refried beans
- diced tomatoes, drained
- kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- sliced black olives
and
- 1 to 2 ounces of reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl and pour into a casserole dish that’s been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat in the oven or microwave oven.
- Serve with whole-grain tortillas, nonfat Greek yogurt or sour cream and jarred salsa.
