Apple Almond Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½  teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 medium apple, chopped


Instructions

  1. Add oats and almond milk into a large mixing bowl. Add in chia seeds, cinnamon and vanilla extract and stir everything together.
  2. Divide batter into two 12-ounce Mason Jars or containers.
  3. Top with diced apples, a sprinkle of sea salt and a dollop of almond butter.
  4. Cover with lid and place in refrigerator overnight.
  5. In the morning, they are ready to eat! No cooking or heating required. Enjoy!
