Watermelon Citrus Cooler (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces fresh watermelon juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh Sunkist lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey to water. Boil a cup of water, turn off heat and add a cup of honey. Stir to dissolve and then let cool)
  • 3 cucumber slices about 1/8 inch thick
  • 3 basil leaves


Instructions

  1. Muddle lime, honey, cucumber and basil leaves. Then add watermelon juice and ice shake and stain into a glass with ice and garnish with basil leaf.
