Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons cooked (or canned pumpkin)
- 1 fresh medium orange, peeled, quartered (or 3/4 cup canned mandarin oranges)
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ½ cup plant-based milk (i.e. soy or almond)
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 2 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process for 2 minutes, until very smooth and creamy.
- Pour into 2 glasses.
