Today I’m sharing my favorite plant-powered Thanksgiving recipes for a full menu of delicious eating for your holiday table. This collection includes 10 100% plant-based, vegan holiday recipes in all categories, from drinks to entrees to desserts. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays of the year. I always go to my dear friends’ house for a Friendsgiving, along with Peter and the kids. It’s like a multi-cultural festivity of holiday love, with people with roots in India, France, Sweden, England, Vietnam, and beyond joining together to give thanks around an abundant food supply. Even with our various backgrounds, we all cherish the local, traditional foods of the American Thanksgiving holiday, including stuffing, comfort food casseroles, cranberry and pumpkin dishes, and other seasonal produce. I always bring a few plant-based offerings to grace the table, including some of these dishes I included in my recipe collection today. These days, there are just as many people interested in my vegan recipes, and they are always the first to fly off the table. I wish you a peaceful holiday full of love, grace, and comfort.
