- 1 cup plant-based milk, plain, unsweetened (i.e., soy, oat, almond)
- 1 small banana
- ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen, unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
Garnish (optional):
- Banana slices
- Strawberries, sliced
- Chia seeds
Instructions
- Place protein powder, plant-based milk, banana, strawberries, and chia seeds in a small blender. Process for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl. May garnish with additional banana, strawberries, chia seeds.
- Serve immediately, or may chill for an hour or overnight to allow to thicken more.
