This easy, 6-ingredient, 5-minute plant-based Best Sunflower Seeds Sandwich Wraps recipe is filled with the goodness of sunflower seeds, dried cherries, raisins, and sprouts.

- 2 (8-inch or 20-cm) whole grain tortillas or wraps
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) sunflower seed butter
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) microgreens or sprouts
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) sunflower seeds, shells removed
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) raisins
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) dried cherries
Instructions
- Divide sunflower seed butter among each tortilla or wrap, and spread evenly over entire surface.
- Top each tortilla or wrap with half of the microgreens, sunflower seeds, raisins, and dried cherries.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla (burrito-style), slice in half, and wrap up tightly. Alternatively, slice into small 1-inch circles (pinwheels). Store in an airtight container.
- Makes 2 servings.

Make this recipe gluten-free by using a gluten-free wrap.
Try swapping out sunflower seed butter with another type of nut or seed butter, such as pistachio, almond, or peanut butter.
Try a different dried fruit in place of dried cherries, such as blueberries, apricots, or peaches.
