  1. Divide sunflower seed butter among each tortilla or wrap, and spread evenly over entire surface.
  2. Top each tortilla or wrap with half of the microgreens, sunflower seeds, raisins, and dried cherries.
  3. Tightly roll up each tortilla (burrito-style), slice in half, and wrap up tightly. Alternatively, slice into small 1-inch circles (pinwheels). Store in an airtight container.
  4. Makes 2 servings.
