  2. Top each tortilla or wrap with half of the microgreens, sunflower seeds, raisins, and dried cherries.
  3. Tightly roll up each tortilla (burrito-style), slice in half, and wrap up tightly. Alternatively, slice into small 1-inch circles (pinwheels). Store in an airtight container.
  4. Makes 2 servings.
