Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 fresh limes, unpeeled, sliced
  • 2 fresh lemons, unpeeled, sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, unpeeled, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, cleaned, packed
  • 1 liter (4 1/4 cups) sparkling water, plain, unsweetened (or still water)

Instructions

  1. Place ice cubes, lime, lemon, and cucumber slices, and mint leaves in a 2-quart pitcher with lid or large glass beverage dispenser.
  2. Pour in sparkling (or still) water.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and store in the fridge until serving time. Makes 6 servings (about 1 1/3 cups each).
