Vegan Warm Banana Split

Sharon Palmer

Looking for an ooey-gooey, comforting plant-based treat you won’t soon forget? I’ve got you covered with this Vegan Warm Banana Split. Just layer the ingredients into an oven-proof individual glass container, give it a shake, bake it in the oven til golden brown, then remove and top with plant-based ice cream and peanuts. Filled with the goodness of oats, cinnamon, dark chocolate, and bananas, this rustic combo is downright delicious. While my favorite plant-based ice cream for this recipe is vanilla, you can choose whichever you like. Try my own recipe for vegan nice cream here. Fun bonus: Let your guests make their own banana split, put it in the oven, and top it as they like for an interactive treat for parties. This recipe is also a hit among kids (and adults, really).
